Meet Natacha
Some people see things as they are on the surface. I’m drawn to what lies beneath, breaking down complex problems into simpler components so I can spot patterns and make connections that others might miss. This way of thinking comes naturally to me, and studying chemistry at university was a perfect fit. It developed my critical thinking and problem-solving skills, which continue to shape how I approach my coaching practices.
After completing my degree, I joined a Big 4 Audit Firm in London, where I trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. This experience gave me an understanding of corporate structures, financial processes, and risk management, which were essential for my transition out of practice and into a finance role at a FTSE 100. As my career progressed from financial analysis to managerial and leadership roles, I realised that success wasn’t just about optimising processes, it was about people. The way teams communicate, trust one another, and navigate challenges together is the true driver of performance.
This insight sparked a shift in my career. My deepening interest in human dynamics led me to pursue a master’s degree in clinical counselling and then establish a private practice supporting clients through both personal and professional challenges.
Over time, I noticed that many clients chose to continue working with me beyond periods of crisis, and they wanted to shift their focus towards growth and new challenges. Recognising that our work was naturally evolving into a coaching dynamic, I upskilled as a coach to ensure I was delivering the highest standard of support.
Encounter Leadership brings together the three disciplines that have helped shape me: science, business and psychology. I use these to help driven professionals evolve into more self-aware, confident, and emotionally intelligent leaders.
I also find relaxation in building Lego, which is both a creative and a meditative endeavour for me. And, I confess, I’m a little addicted to Wordle and Connections which are a ‘must do’ with a cup of tea at the end of the day!
It’s a privilege to do what I do, giving my clients the space to talk openly, gain clarity and to be part of their journey in creating lasting change.
If you're looking to challenge your thinking, deepen your self-awareness, and explore how coaching can support your growth, I'd love to connect and see how we can work together.
